Frequently
Asked Questions
-
You don't need to prepare much. Choose a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. In the days before the session, pay attention to what comes up — recurring thoughts, conflicts, dreams. These are often important and may guide our conversation. Feel free to mention them at the start. Your only task is to arrive open.

For an astrology session I need your date, exact time, and place of birth. Birth time is important — if you don't have it, you can often request it from the registry office where your birth was registered. If the exact time is unavailable, let me know when booking and we will work with what we have.
For constellation work and regression, no birth data is needed — only a theme or question you want to explore.

Almost anything that has to do with recurring patterns in your life. Some examples:
Why does the same situation keep repeating — in relationships, in work, in family?
What is underneath a conflict I can't seem to resolve? Why do I keep choosing the same kind of partner — even when I know better?
Why does my relationship with my mother still affect me, even after years of work?
I keep self-sabotaging at work just when things are going well. Where does that come from? Why do I feel responsible for everyone around me — and exhausted by it?
I've been in the same stuck place for years. What is actually keeping me there?
Where does a certain feeling or limitation come from?
What is this period of my life actually asking of me?
What did I inherit from my family that I am still carrying? These are not yes/no questions. The work is about understanding — not prediction.

For children's charts — yes. Understanding how a child is wired, what they need, and how to support them is work I do gladly.
For partners or other adults — only with their knowledge and consent. Reading someone's chart without permission, even with good intention, is not something I do.

Choose your astrologer wisely for meaningful work; trust is crucial in such deep connections. I suggest listening to your instincts: there's always an astrologer out there with whom you'll resonate. Please note that astrological consultation is not for entertainment, but rather a serious consultation, which requires active participation from the client.

We meet on Zoom. I ask that you have your camera on — this is an open conversation, not a lecture. I will have already prepared your chart before we begin. You can interrupt, ask questions, and redirect at any time. We work together.

You will receive a recording shortly after — in both video and audio format, accessible via cloud for 10 days. Download and save it. Most clients find they hear new things when they listen back weeks or months later. Certain things take time to land. That is part of how this work moves.
I also recommend taking notes the following day — not immediately after, but once you have slept on it. What surfaces then is often what matters most.

Regression is a guided process that takes you to an earlier experience — in your own childhood, or further back into past lives if that is where the system needs to go.
Some patterns don't fully resolve through understanding alone. Regression goes to the felt experience of where something began — and that direct contact often moves things that years of analysis haven't reached.
It makes sense when there is a sense that something is present but not yet reachable — something circling just out of reach. Most people who need it already sense it before we discuss it.
Regression is available as a standalone session or as part of the deeper arcs of work.

Astrology reads the chart — the individual pattern, what repeats, and where it began in your own life and psyche.
Constellation work looks at the family field — the loyalties, entanglements, and stories that move through generations. Often what feels like a personal problem has roots in what a parent, grandparent, or ancestor carried and never resolved.
In a session, I move between both as needed. Sometimes the chart points somewhere — and constellation work opens it further.

Transits are the ongoing movements of the planets in the sky and how they interact with your natal chart at any given time.
Think of them as weather — some periods are expansive and open, others ask for patience, deep work, or letting go. Knowing what is moving in your chart helps you understand why a certain season of life feels the way it does — and what it is asking of you.
Transits are not fixed events. How you move through them depends on your level of self-awareness. The same transit can be lived very differently depending on what you understand about yourself.
A transit reading is available as a focused 60-minute session.

Yes — and that is often where the real work begins.
This is a healing process. When we go to the roots of a pattern, something real can surface — an emotion, a memory, a recognition that has been waiting a long time. That is not something to avoid. It is part of how change happens.
I work with care and at your pace. You are never alone in what comes up — I am there with you, supporting the process every step of the way.
If something continues to work strongly after a session — if emotions keep moving, or something feels unresolved — please reach out. That is completely normal, and I want to know. We can find a way to support what is still in motion.
That said, this work is not a substitute for crisis support. If you are in acute distress or need immediate help, please reach out to a mental health professional first.

Following our session, you will promptly receive a recording that will be accessible on the Cloud for 10 days. The recording is provided in both video and audio formats. I suggest downloading and saving it on your computer, as you'll uncover more details with each subsequent listen. In my experience, clients who engage with their recordings regularly tend to gain deeper insights from the reading. Certain topics may take time to fully register in your consciousness, and information often makes more sense upon reflection after some time has passed.

No. A session offers clarity and perspective — it points in a direction. The decisions are always yours. What I can do is help you see what has been shaping your choices, so that the next move comes from understanding rather than repetition.
-
It can point to timing, tendencies, and what a period is asking of you. It does not predict fixed outcomes — and I would be cautious of anyone who claims otherwise.
What changes with awareness is how you move through what is coming. The same transit can be lived very differently depending on what you understand about yourself.

Nothing at all. If you do have some background, mention it at the start — it helps me calibrate how I speak. But knowledge is not a requirement. Curiosity is enough.
-
Please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to find a new time. Timing matters in this work — and I have genuine respect for when life gets in the way.
